Welcome to Rocky Web3. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rocky Web3 mobile application, website, wallet tools, blockchain interaction features, digital asset transfer tools, shopping-related services, gift card services, virtual card-related services, and other products or services provided by Rocky Web3 (“Rocky Web3”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Rocky Web3, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. About Rocky Web3
Rocky Web3 is a Web3 application that provides non-custodial wallet tools and related services. Depending on availability in your region, Rocky Web3 may provide features including, but not limited to:
Creation and import of non-custodial blockchain wallets;
USDT transfers on supported blockchain networks;
TRON network energy-related tools designed to help users optimize transaction costs;
Blockchain asset management tools;
Cross-chain or token swap interaction tools through supported third-party or on-chain protocols;
Digital product, gift card, shopping, and consumption-related services;
Virtual card-related services where available;
Customer support and related account services.
Rocky Web3 does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. All blockchain transactions are initiated and confirmed by users at their own discretion.
2. Eligibility
By using Rocky Web3, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally permitted to use our services in your country or region;
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules;
You will not use Rocky Web3 for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
Some services may not be available in all countries or regions.
3. Non-Custodial Wallet Notice
Rocky Web3 may provide non-custodial wallet functionality. This means that users are responsible for controlling and safeguarding their own wallet credentials, including private keys, mnemonic phrases, passwords, and wallet access information.
Rocky Web3 does not control your private keys or mnemonic phrases. We cannot recover your wallet, reverse blockchain transactions, or restore access if you lose your private key, mnemonic phrase, password, or device access.
You are solely responsible for:
Keeping your wallet credentials secure;
Verifying recipient wallet addresses before sending assets;
Confirming transaction details before submission;
Understanding the risks of blockchain transactions.
Never share your private key, mnemonic phrase, or wallet password with anyone.
4. Blockchain Transaction Risks
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted or confirmed on-chain. Network congestion, gas fees, energy costs, miner fees, smart contract execution, third-party protocol risks, and market conditions may affect transaction speed, cost, or success.
Rocky Web3 is not responsible for losses caused by:
Incorrect wallet addresses;
User input errors;
Network congestion or blockchain failure;
Smart contract vulnerabilities;
Third-party service failure;
Token price fluctuations;
Unauthorized access caused by user negligence;
Loss of private keys or mnemonic phrases.
5. TRON Energy and Transaction Fee Tools
Rocky Web3 may provide tools related to TRON energy usage or automatic energy optimization for USDT transfers on the TRON network.
These tools are designed to help users reduce transaction costs where technically available. However, actual fees may vary depending on blockchain network conditions, energy availability, transaction type, wallet status, and third-party resource pricing.
Rocky Web3 does not guarantee that every transaction will achieve a specific fee reduction percentage. Any displayed estimated savings are for reference only.
6. Digital Asset Swap and Cross-Chain Services
Rocky Web3 may allow users to access token swap, cross-chain, or payment conversion functions. These services may be executed through supported blockchain networks, smart contracts, liquidity providers, decentralized protocols, or third-party service providers.
By using these services, you understand and agree that:
Exchange rates may change before or during transaction execution;
Network fees, service fees, and slippage may apply;
Transactions may fail due to network or liquidity issues;
Rocky Web3 does not guarantee token price, execution price, or transaction outcome;
You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation.
Rocky Web3 is not a bank, securities broker, investment adviser, or centralized exchange.
7. Shopping, Gift Card, and Consumption Services
Rocky Web3 may provide access to shopping, gift card, digital product, and related consumption services. These services may involve third-party merchants, suppliers, logistics providers, payment processors, or service partners.
Product availability, pricing, delivery time, customs duties, taxes, logistics fees, refund policies, and after-sales services may vary depending on the merchant, supplier, product type, destination country, and local regulations.
Users are responsible for:
Providing accurate shipping and contact information;
Reviewing product details before placing orders;
Paying applicable shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other charges;
Complying with import laws and local regulations in the destination country.
Rocky Web3 may assist with order processing and customer support, but we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by customs authorities, logistics providers, third-party merchants, or force majeure events.
8. Virtual Card-Related Services
Where available, Rocky Web3 may provide access to virtual card-related services through third-party card issuers, payment institutions, or service providers.
Virtual card services may be subject to additional terms, limits, verification requirements, supported merchant categories, regional restrictions, usage policies, and compliance reviews.
Rocky Web3 does not guarantee that a virtual card will work with every merchant, platform, subscription, advertising account, or online payment scenario. Card approval, transaction success, refund processing, account suspension, and usage restrictions may depend on third-party providers and merchants.
Users must not use virtual card-related services for illegal transactions, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, gambling where prohibited, prohibited goods, or any activity that violates applicable laws or service provider rules.
9. Fees
Rocky Web3 may charge service fees for certain features, including but not limited to blockchain transaction optimization, swap services, shopping services, gift card services, virtual card-related services, logistics services, or other value-added services.
All applicable fees will be displayed or made available to users before or during the relevant transaction process where practical.
Blockchain network fees, gas fees, energy fees, third-party service fees, exchange rate differences, logistics fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply separately.
10. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
Use Rocky Web3 for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
Violate any applicable sanctions, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, or financial crime laws;
Use the service to purchase prohibited or restricted goods;
Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or damage Rocky Web3 systems;
Use automated tools to abuse, overload, or attack our services;
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
Infringe the rights of Rocky Web3, other users, merchants, or third parties.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to certain services if we believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable laws.
11. Third-Party Services
Rocky Web3 may integrate or link to third-party services, including blockchain networks, wallet infrastructure, swap protocols, payment providers, merchants, logistics providers, card service providers, analytics tools, customer support tools, and other external services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Rocky Web3 is not responsible for the content, performance, security, availability, or policies of third-party services.
12. No Financial Advice
All information provided by Rocky Web3 is for general informational and functional purposes only. Nothing in Rocky Web3 should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, swap, or transfer any digital asset.
Users should make independent decisions and seek professional advice where necessary.
13. Service Availability
We strive to provide stable and reliable services, but we do not guarantee that Rocky Web3 will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Services may be affected by maintenance, network failure, blockchain congestion, third-party service issues, regulatory requirements, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control.
14. Intellectual Property
Rocky Web3, including its name, logo, design, interface, software, content, graphics, icons, trademarks, service marks, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Rocky Web3.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of Rocky Web3 without our prior written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rocky Web3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of digital assets, business interruption, or transaction losses.
Rocky Web3’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall be limited to the amount you paid to Rocky Web3 for the relevant service giving rise to the claim, where applicable.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocky Web3, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of Rocky Web3;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations;
Your infringement of third-party rights;
Your misuse of blockchain, wallet, payment, shopping, or virtual card-related services.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Rocky Web3 after any updates means that you accept the revised Terms.
